Yesterday I got to cook muffins. They were delicious. I made basic muffins with apricot and spice. I had to put the oven temperature up to 200c.

I'm over in Aussie visiting Andrew and I have been cooking chocolate biscuits for him , they do not last long so I guess they must be okay.
