Snorkeling

Snorkeling at Reotahi

Today I went to a free snorkeling day. They gave me a wet suit. They told me that if the wet suit is too big or small I will get cold.

 The life guard cleaned my goggles before I put them on.

I had to put on my gear before I got into the water.

I put my flippers on in the water.  We all had to hold onto the boogie board.

I saw lots of fish.  

Then I saw more fish at the rocks. I saw big and small fish. The rocks were covered with oysters.

Then we had to hop out and take our gear off. It was fun.

I am going snorkeling again on the 19th of February.

Today I took down a nest from the roof. There was a rotten egg. It was fun.

Pigs

Today I went to see some pigs. They were cute. Their mother was big and healthy. I liked the white and black ones best because they are spotty and I like spots. My dad is going pick some pigs to take home. I hope he picks the white and black ones.

Today I went to Puketi Forest with my Mum's cousins. It was fun. I liked reading the signs in the forest.

Today dad, Tony and I were doing fences. Tony and I were lifting planks to Dad. They were big so we had to lift them together. Tony and I were holding the planks for dad so he can bang the nails in.

Yesterday I built my own robot. It was fun.

Today our garden has grown lots. Our Broccoli is growing. I cannot wait until we can get more veges.

The spider

Yesterday Granny came. Granny, Tony and I were studying about a Badumna insignis spider. It is a black house spider. its family is called Badumna.  It's prey is most insects which touch it's web.
